  • New Construction Equipment Technician Apprenticeship Program

    Wacker Neuson has announced a unique apprenticeship program to help fill the growing need for qualified machine technicians in the construction industry. Wacker Neuson has teamed up with the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) to create an apprenticeship program that allows students to “earn as they learn.” The program combines work-based learning with related classroom instruction using the highest industry standards, knowledge base and technology.

  • 2018 Trowel Challenge showcased operator skill

    Wacker Neuson’s Trowel Challenge® returned to the 2018 World of Concrete, January 23-27 in Las Vegas and continued its tradition as an exciting and tightly-matched competition. Over 100 operators from around the world competed on the reconfigured course that required operators to show off their precision operating skills, as well as speed, when they navigated tight turns through the 1,750 square foot course.

  • Auction benefits local veteran's charity

    Wacker Neuson and our dealer, AGF Machinery, LLC, Dothan, AL raised over $111,000 for the local veteran’s charity, the Fisher House Wisconsin. During its annual Dealer Summit held in Milwaukee in October, Wacker Neuson auctioned off a special stars and striped wrapped compact track loader. Over 70 dealerships were able to participate in the live auction and thanks to the generous bidding of many of the dealers, the ST31 track loader was won by AGF Machinery.

  • Wacker Neuson celebrates 50 years in Canada

    In 1967, the Wacker organization opened its Canadian affiliate company in Mississauga, Ontario; the 10th affiliate to open in as many years. Market acceptance of Wacker’s innovative soil compaction and concrete consolidation products grew quickly from its first introduction to the North American market in the late 1950s in the United States. The family-owned Wacker Construction Equipment based out of Munich, Germany recognized the potential of the Canadian construction market and opened the new business in April 1967 outside of Toronto. The merger between Wacker Construction Equipment AG and Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen in 2007 (10 years ago) created a new Wacker Neuson brand along with one of the largest equipment portfolios in the world.

  • Wacker Neuson celebrates 60 years in the United States

    In 1957, Wacker Corporation began its journey into the US construction market with a single product, the company’s signature vibratory rammer. The merger between Wacker Construction Equipment AG and Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen in 2007 (10 years ago) created a new Wacker Neuson brand along with one of the largest equipment portfolios in the world.

  • Wacker Neuson celebrates 50th year as an exhibitor at The Rental Show with machine giveaway drawings

    To celebrate 50 years as an exhibitor at The Rental Show, Wacker Neuson gave away eight cut off saws and four rammers during the course of the show in Orlando, February 27-March 1, 2017. As dealers placed orders at the show, their name was entered into the drawing.

  • Canadian Rental Association names Rental Professional of the Year

    Dean Nasato, District Manager of Wacker Neuson Limited (Canada) was named the Canadian Rental Association (CRA) Rental Professional of the Year for 2015.

  • Wacker Neuson Announces New North American Regional President

    As part of a planned leadership succession, Wacker Neuson Sales Americas LLC appointed Johannes Schulze Vohren as the new North American Regional President in mid-2015. Schulze Vohren now leads all of Wacker Neuson’s sales, marketing, aftermarket, and logistics activities in both the United States and Canada.

  • Wacker Neuson crowns new Trowel Challenge® competition winner

    Concrete finishers from around the world competed in Wacker Neuson’s Trowel Challenge® competition held at World of Concrete in Las Vegas, NV, February 2-5, 2016. Over 150 of the best finishers from seven countries, four Canadian provinces and 29 states tested their trowel operating skills as they maneuvered around a timed obstacle course.
